RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Superintendent, you will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for excellence, providing leadership and guidance to our construction teams on-site while maintaining an unwavering focus on safety, quality, and craftsmanship.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating all aspects of the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Managing and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and enforcing strict adherence to safety standards and protocols.
Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Collaborating closely with the project management team to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during construction, making proactive decisions to maintain project progress.
Providing leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably with a focus on high-end custom homes.
Proven track record of successfully overseeing and delivering high-quality construction projects from start to finish.
In-depth knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to be hands-on when needed, actively assisting with tasks on-site as required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced construction environment.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
